Mid size law firm is looking for a Special Counsel with a background in Construction Defect and Insurance Defense. This person can be based in Columbia, Charleston, or Greenville.
About the RoleThis role involves providing legal expertise in construction defect and insurance defense cases.
Responsibilities- Defend clients in insurance defense matters.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff.
- Manage case files and documentation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
- Strong knowledge of construction law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in a law firm setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
