Job Title

You will be in charge of the reception, control, and management of mechanical parts and equipment entering and leaving the workshop. You will ensure the follow-up of orders and the conformity of deliveries.

Reception of goods:
Verify the conformity of deliveries compared to purchase orders. Check the condition of the received parts and equipment. Register entries in the inventory management system. Management and organization of mechanical workshop planning:
Appointments with customers. Inventory management:
Ensure the storage and storage of parts and equipment. Update stock sheets and report any missing or overstock items. Prepare orders for production workshops. Preparation of shipments:
Prepare parts and equipment for shipment. Verify the conformity of packages compared to delivery notes. Organize shipments with carriers. Administrative follow-up:
Enter reception and shipment data into the computer system. Follow up on administrative documents related to orders and deliveries. Collaborate with purchasing, production, and logistics services. Quality control:
Perform visual and dimensional checks of received parts. Report non-conformities and participate in their resolution. Follow up on supplier returns in case of non-conformity.

Knowledge of stock reception and management procedures. Mastery of inventory management and order processing computer tools. Ability to read and interpret technical plans and control sheets. Knowledge of quality standards and control procedures. Rigor, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Training at CAP/BEP level in mechanics, logistics, or equivalent. Previous 1-year experience in a similar position would be a plus. Autonomy and sense of responsibility. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Team spirit and good communication.
