GXO Logistics is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Operations to lead warehouse and distribution performance for blue‑chip customers. You will oversee end‑to‑end operations, including inventory, order fulfillment, transportation coordination and reverse logistics. Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive safety, quality, on‑time delivery and cost efficiency using data, KPIs and Lean principles. You will manage and develop frontline supervisors, implement automation and robotics initiatives, and ensure compliance with customer SLAs.
