This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in a strategic role, enjoys collaborating across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, and wants to help shape the organization's supplier network and sourcing initiatives.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performan - ce.
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships while leading contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreemen - ts.
Evaluate supplier performance using key metrics and implement improvement plans when need - ed.
Identify and qualify new suppliers to strengthen the supply base, reduce risk, and improve total cost of ownersh - ip.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to support informed sourcing decisio - ns.
Partner closely with Engineering during new product launches, supplier selection, and design-to-cost initiativ - es.
Lead value analysis and value engineering efforts that generate cost savings and product improve men - ts.
Monitor purchase price variance and recommend strategies to improve financial performan - ce.
Provide recommendations related to supplier consolidation, global sourcing opportunities, and make-versus-buy decisio - ns.
Maintain supplier and sourcing information within SAP while ensuring data accura - cy.
Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure strong communication and successful project executi

Qualifications inc- lude:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experie - nce).Five or more years of purchasing, sourcing, or supplier management experience within a manufacturing environ
- ment.
Demonstrated success leading strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiating supplier agreem - ents.
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier relationship management, and commodity stra - tegy.
Experience working with SAP and MRP sys - tems.
Understanding of manufacturing processes related to fabricated, machined, electrical, hydraulic, or powertrain compon - ents.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documenta - tion.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis, cost modeling, and data-driven decision ma - king.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building sk - ills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while leading cross-functional proj - ects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applicat - ions.
