  Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experie
• nce).Five or more years of purchasing, sourcing, or supplier management experience within a manufacturing environ

  Demonstrated success leading strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiating supplier agreem
• ents.
  
  Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier relationship management, and commodity stra
• tegy.
  
  Experience working with SAP and MRP sys
• tems.
  
  Understanding of manufacturing processes related to fabricated, machined, electrical, hydraulic, or powertrain compon
• ents.
  
  Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documenta
