Repair Department Coordinator – Keep Our Operations Running Smoothly
Location: 5190 Towles Road, Hollywood, SC 29449 (In-Office, Local Candidates Only)
Wage: Hourly: $23–$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do (Your Day‑to‑Day)

As the Repair Department Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our service department efficient, organized, and customer‑focused.

Scheduling & Coordination
  • Coordinate repair schedules based on technician availability and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate, real‑time updates within our scheduling system
  • Communicate with field technicians to ensure work orders are completed on schedule and adjusted as needed
Customer Communication & Problem Solving
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by providing updates and answering questions
  • Communicate clearly regarding scheduling, invoicing, and service progress
  • Notify customers of any schedule changes while setting clear expectations for timelines and costs
Repair Orders & Invoicing
  • Create and manage repair work orders with accurate documentation
  • Generate invoices for completed work and coordinate with accounting on discrepancies
  • Monitor open work orders and follow through to ensure tasks are completed
Inventory Management
  • Reconcile truck inventory for repair technicians
  • Monitor parts and tool usage to maintain proper stock levels
  • Coordinate replenishment of materials as needed
Performance & Quality Control
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including completion rates and rescheduled jobs
  • Support technicians with work order closeout and next‑day planning
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and timely

  • Excellent communicator with polished phone, email, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and scheduling software
  • Highly organized multitasker who can balance multiple priorities effectively
