About the team: The Sr Supply Chain Supervisor – launch management is responsible for leading and supervising the team of direct reports and to ensure the success in the supply chain concepts and implementation for launches of new customers / products or running changes. This position will lead activities that ensure quality and process efficiency while meeting all customer requirements and company goals.

This position will oversee all day-to-day activities of launches, engineering changes and special projects in supply chain, in addition to providing daily guidance, and resources for the team to meet objectives within their assignments.

• Direct supply chain activities for new product launches, ensuring timely readiness of BOMs, parts, packaging, and logistics processes.
• Develop, coach, and prioritize team efforts to meet business and customer objectives while maintaining a motivated workforce.
• Oversee and lead direct reports, including performance management, staffing decisions, cost tracking, and policy enforcement.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, business processes, and training programs (including SAP and related tools).
• Lead problem-solving, crisis management, and corrective actions to resolve production, data, or process issues with minimal disruption.
• Monitor and drive performance through KPIs, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, including system and process enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, acting as a liaison and supporting change management, engineering updates, and decision-making processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain (or related) experience, including 3+ years developing supply chain concepts.
• Strong expertise with SAP or comparable ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Expert knowledge of supply chain principles, sourcing, contracts, and industry best practices.
• Solid understanding of plant operations, supply chain processes, and material/product markets.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to manage priorities and lead teams independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, familiarity with lean manufacturing, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
