Recognised as a one-stop shop, they offer a comprehensive range of industrial piping and valve solutions, consistently setting industry benchmarks for quality, innovation, and reliability.
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused administrator to support their sales and service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Process sales and purchase orders, invoices, and delivery updates
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and make outbound service calls as needed
- Coordinate transport and scheduling for outgoing orders
- Monitor overdue orders and update due dates
- Prepare estimates and quotes in line with pricing policies
- Liaise with warehouse and internal teams to manage stock and order accuracy
- Support sales team with quotations and general enquiries
- Provide general administration support across the business and suggest process improvements
- Experience in administration and/or internal customer service roles
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- A customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident communication and solid time management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) – intermediate level required
- High level of accuracy in data entry and administrative work
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Profit Plus an advantage, however, not essential as training will be provided in systems)
