We are looking for a dependable, outgoing, and customer-focused Ice Cream Truck Ambassador to drive an ice cream truck and represent an exciting brand throughout the local community. This is a fun, hands-on position where you' ll spend your time on the road, serving customers, attending local events, and creating memorable experiences for children, families, and ice cream lovers of all ages.

$14/hour base pay + performance bonuses and incentives Typical total earnings of $18–$22/hour or more

As an Ice Cream Truck Ambassador, you' ll safely operate the company ice cream truck, travel to designated neighborhoods and local events, serve customers, and help create a fun and positive experience wherever you go.

• Safely operate an ice cream truck/cargo vehicle to designated neighborhoods, events, stores, and pop-ups
• Drive locally and follow assigned routes and schedules
• Interact positively with customers of all ages, especially children and families
• Serve ice cream and host product tastings/sampling experiences
• Educate customers about the brand, products, and technology
• Operate POS systems and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain accurate inventory and communicate inventory needs
• Assist with product preparation and truck/event setup
• Follow opening, closing, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Keep the truck and work areas clean, organized, and presentable
• Capture customer feedback and leads
• Communicate availability and work effectively with the team
• Represent the brand with a friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Assist with local events, pop-ups, and other promotional activities

• Valid driver' s license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Clean driving record required
• No accidents or major moving violations/tickets within the past 5 years
• Comfortable safely operating a full-size vehicle/ice cream truck
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
• Comfortable interacting with children, families, and the general public
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs.
• Available for weekend and evening events
• Ability to pass a background check
• Preferred:
  Previous professional driving experience
• Food service or food handling experience
• Customer service, retail, sales, or event experience
• POS/cash-handling experience
• Basic social media/content creation experience
• Bilingual is a plus

A background check is required for this position. Candidates will also be required to provide a copy of their driver' s license after the initial interview to verify they are insurable. The candidate' s driving record must NOT contain any accidents or major moving violations/tickets within the past 5 years.
