About the Team:
Our 2nd Shift Supply Chain team at ZF Transmissions in Gray Court, SC operates from 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM and consists of dedicated professionals, including supply chain clerks, coordinators, and forklift drivers. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials by preparing and executing all required documentation for incoming deliveries of materials, equipment, and supplies.
They work closely with material handling, manufacturing operations, purchasing, and logistics planning to keep operations running efficiently.
- Receive incoming shipments into facility: verify part number, quantity, PO number from shipment documents, and package labels.
- Input goods receipts and shipments into SAP and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and assist in fixing possible obstacles within receiving process.
- Cooperate with material handling team by accurate identification and navigation of received parts to designated areas.
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and cost standards within assigned work area.
- High school diploma required (Associate Degree preferred).
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within shipping and receiving.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar system.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
