Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable equipment availability while promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff in a 24/7 environment; hire, train, and manage team members and contractors.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
- Collaborate with Operations to plan and prioritize repairs, including preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures; ensure OSHA and company compliance.
- Manage procurement of tools, supplies, and parts; work with vendors to locate materials and ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain awareness of operating costs and support budgeting, cost control, and planning for maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records, maintenance logs, and utilize ERP and Microsoft Office systems for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience; 5 years in a leadership role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
- Strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- OSHA 30-hour certification required within the first month.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must pass drug screening and physical.
