Evening Cleaning Technician Marion

Service Master is currently hiring for a part-time cleaning position for 6 days a week, around 20 hours a week in the Marion area. We offer on-the-job paid training. You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer’s building by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for the facility using provided products, tools, and procedures
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, cleaning, and restocking restrooms
• Moving, cleaning, and replacing equipment and chairs
• Place safety hazard signs in the building including “wet floor” signs as necessary

• Standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
