Rest Area Attendant

U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated building maintenance services company, is accepting resumes for the position of Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant. This role supports the team at the Dillon Welcome Center, focusing on maintenance, cleaning, and overall upkeep under the supervision of the Project Manager or designated Supervisor.

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 7:00 AM‑3:00 PM OR 3:00 PM‑11:00 PM.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

• General maintenance of the Welcome Center.
• Grounds maintenance: mowing, pruning, and landscaping of flower beds and non‑paved areas.
• Solid waste removal and recycling: empty trash and recycling receptacles as required.
• Parking lot and sidewalk upkeep: sweep, remove litter, and apply ice melt.
• Snow removal on sidewalks to ensure safe paths.
• Cleaning duties: sweep and mop support rooms, lobbies, entrance ways, and common areas; clean countertops, fixtures, windows, mirrors; vacuum carpeted areas; remove garbage from office and common areas.
• Sanitary maintenance: clean and disinfect sinks, urinals, toilets, kitchen areas; refill paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
• Strip and wax floors; replace light bulbs as requested.
• Handle any other maintenance tasks requested by management.

• Current government‑issued identification.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Compliance with the Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.
• Prior janitorial experience preferred.
