Shape Our Client Journey as Client Services Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Client Services to champion exceptional service and lead our front-of-house team to success. This pivotal role requires extensive customer service expertise and a proven ability to motivate and guide a service-oriented team.

As our Director of Client Services, you will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating our standards of genuine, high-quality service, directly impacting the client and patient experience. You will set the tone for our staff, embodying our culture and driving continuous improvement in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee, provide, and actively participate in the comprehensive training of both new and existing client service team members.
  • Quality Assurance & Improvement: Diligently monitor and evaluate client/employee interactions, providing constructive feedback and implementing recommendations for enhanced service delivery.
  • Strategic

    Collaboration:

    Partner with hospital management to develop and implement effective action plans aimed at continuous performance improvement within the client services department.
  • Resource Optimization: Strategically manage and allocate resources to maximize team productivity while effectively meeting the evolving needs of our dynamic hospital environment.
  • Goal-Oriented Direction: Proactively redirect the team as needed to consistently achieve and exceed client service goals and expectations.
  • Seamless Client Support: Expertly assist clients with a wide range of transactions, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient experience.
  • Effective Conflict Resolution: Skillfully defuse challenging client situations and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in all relevant technologies and systems utilized by the client service team (e.g., Ezy Vet).
  • Team Culture & Motivation: Inspire trust, foster strong teamwork, and cultivate positive and collaborative team relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Effectively build and maintain positive relationships with clients, peers across all departments, and hospital leadership.
  • Motivation & Inspiration: Motivate and inspire team members to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Clear Communication: Possess clear, effective verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Efficient Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
