Overview
FTTH OSP Project Manager - Columbia, SC | Onsite 5 days per week | Full-Time
We are hiring for a long-term fiber-to-the-home build in Columbia, SC and are seeking an experienced FTTH OSP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of outside plant projects.
Responsibilities- Full EPC delivery for FTTH OSP projects from design through construction closeout
- Project scheduling, production planning, and milestone execution
- Ownership of project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Managing change orders, scope, and schedule trade-offs
- Coordinating engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams
- Managing W-2 field crews and subcontractors
- Client communication and executive-level reporting
- Tracking project and program health metrics and managing risk
- Proven experience managing FTTH OSP construction projects
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end EPC delivery
- Strong financial and forecasting skills
- Experience managing both in-house crews and subcontractors
- Advanced scheduling and change management experience
