Belk - - - Responsibilities:
Lead omni/ops team to execute store shipment deliveries and fulfillment with accurate picking, packing, and shipping;
Manage inventory control and shrink by acknowledging manifests, tagging, transfers, and handling damaged items timely;
Communicate daily goals and maintain back-of-house and customer pickup areas to promote efficiency;
Utilize omni and operations planning tools to forecast unit projections, inbound/outbound shipments, and required labor hours; participate in weekly planning;
Support onboarding and development of associates, driving engagement and a positive store culture
