Easlan Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Indigo at Brickworks in Cayce, SC
.
This Community Manager is crucial for fostering an exceptional living experience for our residents and exceeding the expectations of prospective residents through superb sales and customer service skills. This position reports directly to the Regional Property Manager.
- Lead the sales process from beginning to end:
Present our apartments and community compellingly, overcome objections, build relationships, and create excitement. - Maintain strong relationships with current residents by providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Complete leasing agreements and associated paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Actively participate in marketing efforts to attract new residents.
- Embrace and enjoy the multifaceted nature of the multi-family housing industry.
Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays

- Complete leasing agreements and associated paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Actively participate in marketing efforts to attract new residents.

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in multifamily property management along with one (1) to three (3) years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience at a Class A / luxury property as a Community Manager preferred.
- Entrata experience preferred.
- Active South Carolina Property Management License required.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Ability to navigate the property for tours and inspections, including walking and climbing stairs.
- Sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Moving or lifting items less than 25 lbs occasionally.
