North Carolina Care Management Supervisor

Location: Columbia

A company is looking for a Care Management Supervisor to oversee care management operations and staff.

Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and supervise care management staff while ensuring service quality and compliance Review care management plans and provide guidance to ensure they meet enrollee needs and technical requirements Coordinate schedules and workflows for care management staff to maintain proper service coverage and achieve departmental goals

Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Three or more years of supervisory experience in healthcare Three to five years of experience in care management, case management, or care coordination for individuals with I/DD or TBI Ability to work with a high degree of quality and autonomy Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with five years of experience, or a master's degree with three years of experience in care management Must meet all agency pre-employment requirements and state regulations for North Carolina
