Construction Manager

Grid Source is seeking a Construction Manager in Sumter SC to join our team!

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
• Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Knowledge in Microsoft software.
• Deep comprehension of construction procedures, materials, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of direct reports.
• Must have 10+ years of experience of OSP, aerial and underground communications construction.
