We are seeking a results-driven Inventory Control Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end inventory operations across our facility and off-site locations. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, improving inventory performance metrics, managing ERP transactions (Acumatica), and leading a team dedicated to operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong cross-functional leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Accuracy
  • Implement all necessary physical inventory controls and processes on the shop floor to support the company’s growth
  • Oversee all inventory control processes to ensure accuracy, visibility, and alignment with production demands.
  • Maintain physical inventory integrity through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
  • Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage excess, obsolete, and scrap inventory controls.
  • Monitor inventory across on-site and off-site locations.
  • Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) to investigate and resolve inventory issues.
ERP & Transaction Oversight
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipping and receiving processes within the ERP system (Acumatica).
  • Ensure accurate processing of receipts, returns (vendor and customer), sales orders, shipments, and invoicing.
  • Maintain pricing accuracy and part number integrity within the system.
  • Monitor inventory transactions to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Oversee documentation and material traceability throughout the plant.
  • Generate and analyze inventory metrics, including KPIs and variance reporting.
  • Conduct statistical and financial inventory value analysis.
  • Develop predictive reporting to identify and mitigate potential inventory risks.
  • Collaborate with procurement, planning, warehouse, and production teams to streamline material flow and improve performance.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Supervise, train, and develop the Inventory Control team.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure adherence to policies and best practices.
  • Partner with leadership and team members at all levels of the organization.
