- Lead development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Global Supply Chain Development operating system across GE Vernova
- Establish enterprise governance, standard work, operating rhythms, and management systems for strategic initiatives
- Create operating mechanisms connecting strategy, execution, capital allocation, capacity expansion, and operational performance
- Develop executive decision frameworks for prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and execution
- Apply Lean principles to simplify, standardize, and improve Supply Chain Development processes
- Lead standard work for identifying, prioritizing, launching, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives
- Facilitate Kaizens and continuous improvement activities
- Lead execution of enterprise capacity expansion and capability development across GE Vernova's global manufacturing network
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Strategy, Finance, and Capital Allocation leaders to prioritize investments
- Establish mechanisms for manufacturing expansions, work transfers, localization, automation, and related initiatives
- Drive visibility into capacity constraints, risks, and opportunities
- Operationalize capacity and capability roadmaps in alignment with strategic priorities and investment plans
- Design and lead enterprise operating reviews covering performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and capacity readiness
- Establish KPI management systems and portfolio governance from idea generation through value realization
- Partner with the Supply Chain Development Strategy Leader to operationalize the Next Generation Supply Chain framework
- Collaborate with business CEOs, Supply Chain leaders, functional leaders, and Executive Leadership
- Scale best practices and coordinate enterprise-wide Supply Chain Development initiatives
- Build partnerships across Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, EHS, Robotics & Automation, and Capital Allocation
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus
- Influence across matrixed organizations and build alignment among senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Extensive experience in progressive leadership roles within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Lean, or Program Management
- Experience building enterprise operating systems, governance models, or Lean management systems across complex global organizations
- Experience leading manufacturing capacity expansion, capability development, factory transformation, transfer of work, localization, or strategic supply chain initiatives
- Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
- Strong experience applying Lean principles, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience developing executive operating reviews, KPI management systems, and portfolio governance processes
- Ability to influence organizational change and drive adoption across highly matrixed organizations
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel approximately 30–50%
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading globally across cultures, functions, and businesses
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Ability to influence without direct authority while driving enterprise alignment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, organizational change, and healthy debate
- Experience implementing enterprise operating systems or business management systems within global manufacturing organizations
- Deep knowledge of Lean, Hoshin Kanri, Strategy Deployment, Daily Management, and Operational Excellence
- Experience supporting manufacturing capacity growth, capital investment governance, factory expansion, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Commercial Operations, or Strategy
Demonstrates expertise in leading Supply Chain Development initiatives, applying Lean principles, and establishing governance models to drive operational excellence and capacity expansion. Proven ability to influence change and develop high-performing teams within complex global organizations.
