The Human Capital Strategist provides centralized operational coordination, performance oversight, and strategic analysis for Housing construction and operational initiatives. The role is responsible for overseeing Housing-related construction project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with institutional priorities. This includes anticipating risks, identifying potential delays, and proactively evaluating second- and third-order effects to minimize disruption and protect operational continuity.
Primary duties includeOperational Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Conduct comprehensive analysis of Housing workflows, systems, and performance metrics to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and risk. Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and coordination challenges impacting outcomes.
Construction Project Oversight (Housing)Provide oversight and coordination of Housing construction and capital projects. Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
Centralized Coordination & IntakeEstablish and manage centralized intake and tracking for Housing operational initiatives and changes. Ensure consistent prioritization, coordination, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination & CommunicationServe as a primary coordination point among internal departments and external partners. Participate in and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment, clear communication, and process consistency.

- Master's Degree and 5 years of demonstrated project management experience with considerable experience with programming, design, and management of projects.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, or workflow tracking systems.
- Experience with data analytic tools
- Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals.
- Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, including managing multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to support, lead, and delegate the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
