The State of South Carolina Licensing and Watercraft Services (LWS) seeks a dedicated Training Supervisor to develop and implement statewide SOPs for boat/motor titling, registration and licensing. You will train new hires, travel to regional offices, and ensure consistency in procedures across the department.
You will lead cross-training across LWS functions, maintain up-to-date SOP documentation, and coordinate with IT QAQC to address process deficiencies.
