JOB Description:
The Area Head is responsible as the first line supervisor of the field staff working in his/her area to deliver good business results.
Ensure customer acquisition as per business Targets
On time disbursal of Loans
Responsible for customer retention across products
Ensure customer attence through Bio-metric
Understand the weekly plan of each of the staff and see if the planned activities of each will produce the business results expected.
Ensure on time collections
Addressing customer’s complaints and resolve by action from his/her end or by escalating issues to seniors.
Ensure souring of new accounts as per the policy guidelines
Download the reports from SFDC and review the team performance
Conduct Weekly and monthly review with team and discuss the business targets
