Our US East Water team is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help accelerate the growth of our Water Business across South Carolina and Georgia. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide technical leadership through the delivery of major water and wastewater treatment initiatives, including master plans, facility evaluations, and the design and construction of water/wastewater treatment plant upgrades.

You’ll serve as the project’s primary client contact; guiding project strategy, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring excellence throughout every phase of project execution.

Beyond project delivery, you’ll play a central role in business development; crafting winning strategies, developing proposal pricing, and building lasting relationships with large clients in South Carolina and neighboring states. This role offers an opportunity to expand our regional footprint by contributing to recruiting efforts, developing, mentoring, and growing a team of less senior project management staff.

• Engineering Solutions Design: Design engineering solutions and the associated validation process to enable the realization of a design brief (for example, in terms of functionality, performance, aesthetics, and cost) that conform to organizational and/or regulatory standards.
• Feasibility Studies:Conduct complex feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Monitor and review performance against health, safety, and environment (HSE) key performance indicators (KPIs) and patterns of behavior within the area of responsibility. Take action to improve performance and to resolve noncompliance with the organization's HSE policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions.
