Performance ObjectivesExecute Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production machinery and plant systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Diagnose & Repair Electrical and Mechanical Systems: Troubleshoot and repair 480V, 3-phase electrical systems, motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Collaborate with Production Teams: Partner with operators and supervisors to set up, relocate, modify, and optimize equipment across manufacturing lines.
Apply Technical Accuracy: Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, drawings, and blueprints to guide safe, effective repairs and installations.
Continuous Learning & Process Improvement: Embrace on-the-job training on proprietary systems (air compressors, chillers, robotics) and contribute ideas that improve process performance and safety.

RequirementsMust have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing maintenance or equivalent military experience
Experience troubleshooting both electrical (up to 480V/3-phase) and mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic)
Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and engineering diagrams
Basic PLC exposure and comfort with drives/motors required
Any robotics experience a plus
Strong safety awareness and commitment to precision, reliability, and teamwork
