• SWEDGING - Use soldering iron to lay down a bed of solder on top of windings.
• Pull and prepare parts for jobs.
• Fill in for absent team members when required.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
• Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Strong attendance record.
• Previous production experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Full body mobility and good eyesight and able to stand during full shift.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Constant alertness and attention to detail.
• Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

One element in our total compensation package is pay. The starting pay for this 2nd shift role is $17.00 (until certified) - 19.00 per hour once on 2nd shift
