Openwork is looking for Textile Machine Operators for a textile company in Enoree, South Carolina.

This role offers a climate-controlled environment with no steel-toe requirements. Positions available on 2nd and 3rd shifts as temp-to-hire opportunities. Must be willing to tour and interview before starting and train on 1st shift. Starting pay ranges from $14-15.50/hr depending on department, plus a $0.75 weekly perfect attendance incentive

Job duties may include all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products, including weaving, warping, winding, coating, cutting, sewing, baling, carding, drawing, and packing.

• Set up and operate textile machines.
• Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
• Test the operation of machines periodically.
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.

• Stable work history.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Good attendance record.
• Some machinery experience is helpful but not required.
• Ear plugs required while working.
• Reliable transportation.
