Industrial Assemblers – 1st & 3rd Shift

Pay: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour (based on shift)

Newbold Services is hiring Industrial Assemblers for our Forest City, NC plant. We are looking for dependable individuals who are detail‑oriented and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Set up and calibrate machines to begin production cycles
• Control and adjust machine settings such as speed
• Feed raw materials or parts into semi‑automated machines
• Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools
• Periodically test machine operation
• Troubleshoot and fix issues during shifts
• Monitor and check output for errors or defects
• Maintain production records and activity logs

• Be productive in a fast‑paced environment
• Have a strong work ethic and attention to quality
• Be respectful and work well on a team
• Be capable of working independently when needed
• Be able to lift 25–45 lbs consistently
• Be willing to work overtime as needed

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience (6 months or more) is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train motivated individuals
