Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform regular and preventative maintenance on CNC and manual machines
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Repair or replace hydraulic and pneumatic hoses as needed
- Coordinate with manufacturers or service reps for specialized repairs or parts
- Support facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- Complete other maintenance duties as needed to support production and safety
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience performing industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Working knowledge of manual and CNC machine operation and repair
- Ability to safely inspect, test, and troubleshoot machinery
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification
- 2+ years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards (LOTO, machine guarding, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
- Primarily temperature-controlled environment with occasional outdoor work
