Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal stamping and machinery, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive approach to safety and maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $53560 - $53560

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot stamping presses and other manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Perform preventive maintenance and annual inspections based on machine manuals
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and execute necessary repairs to maintain production flow
• Install, overhaul, rebuild, and fabricate machinery and parts as required
• Read and interpret ladder logic, machine manuals, and electrical circuitry to support maintenance activities

What's Needed?

• Minimum of five years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, AC/DC drives, and motors
• Knowledge of hydraulics, basic fabrication, and safety procedures including LOTO policies
