Position Overview

Responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Performs preventive maintenance using a CMMS system and supports continuous improvement efforts. Must work safely, independently, and with attention to detail. Works 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with occasional overtime and call-in as needed

What you'll do

* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime

* Use CMMS to manage and complete maintenance work orders

* Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately

* Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and part catalogs for accurate repairs

* Support bi-annual facility shutdowns and occasional call-in maintenance needs

* Participate in lean/process improvement initiatives and suggest improvements

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

* All other duties as assigned

Who you are

* High school diploma or GED required; technical school training or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred

* Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

* Proficient in using hand and power tools

* Able to read and interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs

* Experienced with CMMS or similar maintenance management systems

* Strong safety awareness and commitment to following protocols

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

* Effective communicator and team player

* Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing frequent bending, squatting, and walking

* Comfortable working in noisy, hot, cold, or dusty manufacturing environments

* Normal schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

* Overtime and call-in work may be required
