To maintain the operating efficiency of converting equipment while being proactive in preventive maintenance.

• Required to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• Maintain after-hours call availability if needed.
• Must carry company cell phone or use personal phone for emailing and work order system.
• Required to work a four (10hr) day shift schedule Sun-Wed. Night or M-T Night. 6p to 6a or 8p to 6a. Hours may have some flexibility. This may be changed at any time as needed to meet company needs and demands. For OT.
• Performs additional duties as requested.

• 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Technical Associate's degree preferred with relevant coursework.
• High school diploma required.

• Changing all types of bearings, belts, roller chains, couplings, hydraulic and pneumatic components, electric motors, gearboxes, paper machine rolls and centrifugal pumps.
• Repairing piping systems and welding.

• The employee must possess the ability to see, hear, talk, sit, stand, walk, and use fingers to manipulate controls.
• The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• The employee must be able to walk and stand on a variation of surfaces.
• The employee must have the ability to work in a hot or cold environment, indoors and outdoors, in a manufacturing production setting, with exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.
