- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines and/or lathes (Mazak, Haas, etc.)
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD/CAM files to ensure accurate machining
- Perform tooling setup, offsets, and program edits as required
- Maintain tight tolerances and quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Perform routine maintenance and keep machines/work area clean
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve processes and solve problems
