Position SummaryBridge Brothers is hiring a Decking Assembly Technician to support the assembly and installation of bridge decking systems and related bridge components in our fabrication facility.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with basic carpentry, construction, assembly, or manufacturing experience who enjoys working with tools and being part of a fast-paced production environment.
Candidates with backgrounds in carpentry, framing, construction, general labor, assembly, manufacturing, fencing, decking, or installation work are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and install bridge decking materials and components
- Use hand tools, power tools, drills, saws, and other shop equipment safely
- Read tape measures and follow layouts or shop instructions
- Assist with bridge assembly, material movement, and final fit-up
- Work closely with fabrication and production teams to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Support additional production and shop activities as needed
- Basic carpentry, construction, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a physically active shop environment
- Forklift or material handling experience is a plus, but not required
