The main purpose of a Repair Associate is to properly repair defects online created by process associates.

• Repair of defects
• Attend pre‑shift meeting
• Support defect feedback activity when no units are in need of repair

• High school diploma/GED equivalent

• 2 years Honda Manufacturing experience, 1 year of repair experience, and 99% attendance.
• Mechanical skills using air, battery, or hand tools (Preferred)

• Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must understand department process requirements (Ex: PDDA, Sequence sheets, Tools)
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• Knowledge of department specific repair skills.

• Some overtime may be required to support quality or delivery issues
• Must learn correct tools for different repairs
• May request small amount of travel for certain AHM‑SC events
