We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our growing industrial manufacturing team in the Hardeeville area. In this role, you will work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to set up, operate, and maintain high-precision production machinery. - Competitive Base Pay:
Starting at $22.00/hr, with immediate room for growth as you complete training. - Full Benefits Package:

High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience:
Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred, but not required—comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. - Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand comfortably for the duration of an 8 to 10-hour shift, perform repetitive tasks, and utilize manual dexterity. - Technical Aptitude:
Mechanically inclined with the ability to read gauges, record precise measurements, and follow safety documentation (including safety rules and product instructions). - Communication:
Verbal and written communication skills in English to accurately report data and work within a team. - Reliability:
Excellent time management skills, a professional attitude, and the flexibility to work scheduled overtime shifts as required. - Vetting:
Must be able to successfully pass an e-Verify background check.
- Set up, program, and operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and critical pre-operation safety checks to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
- Monitor machinery during production cycles to maintain strict quality control and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular in-process visual and structural quality checks, making mechanical adjustments as needed.
- Record accurate manufacturing data, including daily production output, machine settings, and quality metrics.
- Adhere to all facility safety protocols, including the consistent and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support a safe environment.
- Participate in cross-training across multiple manufacturing departments and assist in training peers once qualified.
- Work in a smoke-free environment.
- Wear steel-toe shoes.
- Work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
