How will you make a difference?As a manufacturing assembly associate you will assemble and disassemble parts, use tools and equipment, and work in an industrial setting. You will be a team player with strong listening and communication skills.

- Able to work 1st shift hours 7:00 am‑3:30 pm
- High school graduate or GED
- 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Proficiency using tools and equipment for assembly operations
- Good listening and communication skills
- Team‑player mindset
- Assist in daily 5S and cleaning procedures
- Assist others in solving quality and production issues
- Other duties as required or assigned
- Assemble, test, and inspect according to engineering drawings and test codes
- Work with electrical and mechanical equipment
- Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that fails tests
- Maintain assembly and test equipment as required
- Move material to and from workstations by hand, cart, or crane as needed
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping
Work requires standing, walking, talking, using hands and arms, occasionally climbing or balancing, and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds. Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, adjustable focus.
EnvironmentWork in an indoor manufacturing environment exposed to machinery, assembly operations, overhead cranes, and forklift traffic. Personal protective equipment is required to prevent exposure to hazards.
Mental DemandsRegularly use written and oral communication skills, read and interpret data, documents, analyze and solve problems, use math, observe and interpret situations, learn and apply new information or skills, interact with employees, customers, and vendors.
