• Option A:
  The 4‑Day Work Week (Permanent Weekend Shift)
  Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  The perk: 3‑day weekend every week.
• Option B:
  Traditional 5‑Day Shifts
  
  Shifts:
  
  1st, 2nd, 3rd
  1st:
  Mon – Fri 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  2nd:
  Mon – Fri 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  3rd:
  Mon – Fri 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Assembler
  :
  Entry‑level friendly; training provided.
• Production Operator
  :
  Fast‑paced; must lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Material Handler (Molding):
  Sit‑down forklift experience required.
• Water Spider
  :
  Keep the floor moving; warehouse experience required.
• Cycle Counter
  :
  Inventory pro with reach truck experience.
• Quality Inspector
  :
  High attention to detail and collaborative spirit.
• Shipping/Receiving Clerk
  :
  Basic computer skills & workflow knowledge.

• Attention to detail: spot small component defects.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and closely follow basic visual instructions.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn new manufacturing techniques.
