Intelli Source invites you to join our team as a Production Control Associate in Ridgeville, SC! Are you dependable, efficient, and ready to dive into a hands‑on role at a dynamic, growing company?

The Production Control Associate will ensure the efficient movement and processing of materials to support production goals, facilitate the timely receipt of raw materials, and prepare finished goods for shipment, working collaboratively within specific safety and quality guidelines.

Schedule: We are looking for someone who can work the night shift and complete daytime training during their 1st week.

B shift – 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Sunday to Wednesday, alternating Wednesdays

D Shift – 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Wednesday to Saturday, alternating Wednesdays

Pay - $21.50/hour + shift differential

• Support day-to-day operations of a continuously running production line, including material sampling, forklift operation, and performing actions within Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Operate and train on material processing and manufacturing equipment, including material conveyance systems, shredding and milling equipment, and material screening and separation systems
• Operate and train on powered industrial trucks (PIT), including but not limited to forklifts and reach trucks.
• Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory required for production areas
• Follow established material flow strategies to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Support and model quality control practices to ensure materials meet production and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance, with a strong focus on the safe use of production and material‑handling equipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred
• Familiarity with hazardous material handling practices.
• Experience working in required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, hard hats, disposable coveralls, and Powered Air‑Purifying Respirators (PAPRs)
• Basic computer skills and comfort using systems such as HMIs, tablets, or inventory and production tracking software
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced, continuously operating environment
• Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and technologies through on‑the‑job training
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and provide clear updates or feedback as needed.
• Reliable and dependable, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed.
