We are a next-generation skincare lab in Charleston, South Carolina, building high-quality products for beauty brands. We pair expert formulation with AI and robotics to take brands from concept to shelf are assembling our founding production team now.
The RoleAs a Production Assistant, you play a hands-on role in manufacturing our skincare line from start to finish. You work directly on the production floor and learn how professional products are made, batched, and shipped.
What You Will Do- Prepare and weigh raw materials for production
- Operate equipment to mix, batch, and fill products
- Label, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area
- Track production logs and report any issues
- Support inventory counts and material organization
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Sharp attention to detail and precision
- Ability to follow exact written procedures
- A team player who communicates clearly
- Comfortable standing and active for a full shift
- Able to safely and repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Students and graduates from The Citadel and College of Charleston are strongly encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in manufacturing, labs, or hands-on work is a plus but not required.
Location and Schedule- On-site in Charleston, South Carolina. Full-time and part-time options available.
