Hand & Power Tool

Experience:

Ability to safely use pneumatic nail guns, staple guns, drills, and hand tools.

Physical Stamina & Strength:
Comfortable standing for long periods and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Measurement

Skills:

Ability to read a standard tape measure accurately to ensure lumber is cut and assembled to the right size.

Eye for Detail & Quality:
Ability to quickly inspect wood for defects (like splits or large knots) so every pallet is built sturdy.

Teamwork & Communication:
Reliable team player who can take direction well and work smoothly alongside others on the production line.

Safety-Minded:
Strict commitment to following warehouse safety rules, including wearing proper protective gear (PPE).
