Rebar Fabricator / Production Associate
Manpower is seeking a dependable and hardworking Rebar Fabricator / Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with the fabrication, bending, cutting, handling, and packaging of rebar products according to engineering specifications and production schedules. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, follows safety procedures, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay Range/Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Review engineering prints, drawings, and blueprints to determine material requirements and fabrication specifications. Pull, cut, bend, and weld rebar assemblies according to customer and engineering specifications.
- Bend and fabricate pull-pins for the cover casting department. Stage rebar materials, handling skids, and storage racks to support production schedules.
- Assist rebar benders by lifting, positioning, and relocating metal bars for bending operations. Transfer bundled materials to staging areas and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Support shear operators by receiving, sorting, staging, and supplying steel bars for cutting operations. Fabricate materials through shearing, bending, auto-bonding, threading, and other production processes.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools, gauges, calipers, tape measures, and visual inspection techniques. Package products for shipment and secure materials using strapping, padding, and bracing to prevent damage during transport.
