As Production Supervisor, you help deliver scheduled production plans for each area (box culvert, pre-stress, pipe and wet cast). By collaborating with plant manager, sales, engineering, scheduler and production team members, you help produce quality products that meet specifications and customer expectations.

- Oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient concrete production. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, and enforcing safety protocols.
- Monitors equipment maintenance, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with maintenance teams.
- Coordinates raw material deliveries, maintains inventory, and optimizes production processes.
- Communicates effectively with team members, management and other departments for seamless plant operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- 3‑5 years of supervisory experience including team building, facilitation, mentoring and follow‑through.
- Knowledge of production management in the concrete industry or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of large machine operation, construction of infrastructure and shipping and fulfillment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide direction, develop and lead a team, provide strategic direction and inspire the team to achieve key goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ability to apply problem‑solving techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present oneself professionally.
- Ability to provide clear verbal instructions and listen for understanding.
- General computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and database systems.
- Ability to read and apply information from plans, blueprints, work instructions and equipment manuals.
- Mathematical and mechanical skills to diagnose and solve problems.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication.
- Valid driver’s license with 5‑10 % travel required.
