• Oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient concrete production. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, and enforcing safety protocols.
• Monitors equipment maintenance, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with maintenance teams.
• Coordinates raw material deliveries, maintains inventory, and optimizes production processes.
• Communicates effectively with team members, management and other departments for seamless plant operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 3‑5 years of supervisory experience including team building, facilitation, mentoring and follow‑through.
• Knowledge of production management in the concrete industry or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of large machine operation, construction of infrastructure and shipping and fulfillment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide direction, develop and lead a team, provide strategic direction and inspire the team to achieve key goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ability to apply problem‑solving techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present oneself professionally.
• Ability to provide clear verbal instructions and listen for understanding.
• General computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and database systems.
• Ability to read and apply information from plans, blueprints, work instructions and equipment manuals.
• Mathematical and mechanical skills to diagnose and solve problems.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication.
• Valid driver’s license with 5‑10 % travel required.
