Start your new career as a Forklift Operator with MAU at Milliken & Company in Williamston, SC. As a Forklift Operator, you will safely transport materials, support warehouse operations, and help maintain efficient production flow within the Prep and Texturing departments. This is a tempt-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
* Pay of $15.71 - $16.83 per hour
* 12-hour shift | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
* Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

What We're Looking For:
* Ability to safely operate forklifts and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs)
* Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
* Strong attention to safety and detail
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic computer skills, including navigating files and standard computer functions
* Ability to complete warehouse support testing and certification requirements
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* No education requirements
* Previous forklift and/or warehouse experience preferred
What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:
* Safely operate forklifts and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs)
* Transport yarn trucks, dunnage, POY, and returnable packaging throughout the facility
* Unload trailers containing yarn, packaging, and tube bundles
* Stage and organize Milliken returnables and production materials
* Load, unload, and move materials accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all company safety procedures, operating guidelines, and standard work practices
* Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations
