Are you ready to make a difference at Mondelēz International?

Your role:

• Control and clean production facilities
• Participate actively in continuous improvement processes
• Meet production deadlines, quantities, and quality standards
• Adhere to, monitor, and document all standards and requirements for product manufacturing, quality, and safety
• Perform and support preventive maintenance
• Contribute to the implementation, execution, and documentation of improvements and root cause analysis for errors and disruptions
• Independently identify and execute tasks required for compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations

What you need to bring:

• Completed vocational training as a food technology specialist or equivalent technical training in the food industry
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Good technical understanding and knowledge of production processes
• High safety and hygiene awareness
• Team spirit and reliability
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• English language skills are advantageous
• You are resilient and find shift work, including weekends, to be manageable
