Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for an Associate Manager in Manufacturing Equipment Engineering to support manufacturing scalability by supervising equipment engineering activities. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, improving equipment design, and ensuring reliability and performance aligned with production needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in 3D CAD software. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is also required.
