We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility based in Heathwood.
Opportunity for full-time hours, optional overtime, and the chance to join a supportive team environment within a well-established manufacturing operation.
About the RoleWorking within a fast-paced production environment, you will operate machinery and work with manufacturing drawings to produce high-quality products.
Key production areas includePress Brake
CNC Machines
Shearline Machines
Your Duties Will Include- Operating Press Brake machinery to fold and bend sheet metal
- Manufacturing doors, trims, and components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Using hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working collaboratively within a production team
- Learning and operating additional machinery where required
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Machine Operating experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Experience using hand and power tools (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
- Metalwork, fabrication, welding, or production experience
- Experience with in industrial or engineering environments
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
- Optional overtime available.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening.
