Location: Chester
Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is hiring GREAT people for IMMEDIATE Machine Operators for our client located in York, SC.
CompensationThis position offers competitive pay starting at $17.00 per hour (OT is available!)
Job Description- Must have at least 6 months of experience
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Maintain activity logs
- Be highly productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a great work ethic. Quality is a must.
- Be respectful and a strong team player.
- Be able to work independently, as needed.
- Be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Be able to work overtime as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Machine Operator experience
- We will train the right person!
