Location: Columbia
Overview
Production Manager for a specialty chemical plant in South Carolina, located near Atlanta and the Northeast.
Responsibilities- Production, streamtime, quality, yields, and EHS behaviors.
- Production planning, scheduling, and management.
- Environmental, safety, and process safety compliance.
- Continuing process improvement, optimization, and efficiencies.
- Lead by example and develop others.
- Quality assurance and integrity.
- Cost savings without compromising the above.
- BS or MS in Chemical Engineering (or similar) with specialty chemical manufacturing experience (batch, reactors, distillation).
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of PLC/DCS control systems.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
