Overview

Sr Asset Leader – Folded Products

As a Sr. Asset Leader, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people worldwide and gain hands‑on experience managing assets in a high‑speed manufacturing environment while building leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Overall Team Leadership
    :
    Provide overall team leadership for your asset team in safety, quality, cost, productivity, continuous improvement, housekeeping/5S, GMP, internal control, asset management, customer service, human resources, and team capability development.
  • Continuous Improvement
    :
    Drive continuous improvement on assets through leadership of Operations, Reliability, and Engineering teams.
  • Partnering
    :
    Collaborate with CI, Reliability, Engineering, and other site resources to deliver platform results.
  • Safety
    :
    Champion safety rules, role‑model safety values, ensure compliance, maintain a safe workplace, and guarantee that processes meet national, local, and K‑C safety codes and policies.
  • Quality
    :
    Uphold K‑C’s Quality policy, hold the team accountable, and achieve objectives around quality metrics such as significant events, RFT, and cost of quality.
  • People
    :
    Build strong relationships across Mill teams, manage teams in accordance with K‑C Values, and lead with high expectations for safety and team support.
  • Delivery & Cost
    :
    Provide day‑to‑day direction to operations, reliability, and engineering; manage manufacturing cost and develop accurate forecasts and conformance to forecasted spending.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or a relevant discipline with 7+ years of related experience.
  • Significant experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of the operations role in the Supply Chain.
  • Advanced knowledge in people management and technical areas, or aptitude to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, influence, and lead a multi‑functional team and foster a proactive team environment.
  • Experience in multiple plant environments, product systems, and staff experience, including leadership of a non‑exempt workforce.
  • Collaborative and effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Lean business practices (4‑step simple problem solving, LSW, Visual Management, 5S).
  • Ability to build and manage a budget.
Working Conditions

Normal scheduled hours will vary to support a 24/7 operation. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment is required.

Compensation

Salary Range: $127,600 – $157,600 USD (US locations only). This position offers eligibility for a target bonus, a comprehensive benefits suite, including 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.
